Sasha Strong, M.A., Ph.D. cand.
My name is Sasha Strong, and I am a Ph.D. candidate in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. As part of my doctoral dissertation, I am conducting this qualitative study on the lived experience of using mindfulness meditation and Buddhist psychology and philosophy to recover from bipolar disorder.
I am also a licensed professional counselor (LPC) intern in private practice in Portland, Oregon, where I specialize in helping people integrate Buddhist practice and Western psychology to understand and work with spiritual experiences, and for healing and personal growth.
You are welcome to contact me at 971-279-7261 or sasha@brilliancyresearch.com with any questions about this study.
